Hi! My name is Missy Hunt. I was born and raised in New Jersey in a family of 11, with 3 sisters, 5 brothers, and 2 incredible parents. After graduating from Florida State University, I began teaching first grade in Williamsburg, Virginia. Several years later, I got married and we raised 4 beautiful children while moving to many interesting places, such as Williamsburg, Houston, and even The Netherlands. In 2002 we moved to Midlothian and have been settled here ever since. We have grown to really love the Richmond area and all it has to offer!
I have always had a passion for real estate, so after many years of staying at home to raise my 4 children, I made the decision to get my real estate license . I absolutely love the challenge of finding the perfect home for others, whether it be their first home, their last, or all the other moves they may have in between. Moving can be such an exciting time! With all of my past personal experience moving from place to place, I feel I have so much knowledge and insight to share with home buyers/sellers and really enjoy the process of a seeing a house becoming a home.
I am extremely motivated and excited to be working with such a great team at Central Virginia Realty, as well as having the opportunity to represent LeGault Homes. I would love to assist you with your next sale or purchase!
Hello my name is Sunshine Anderson. I was born and raised in Goochland county where I currently live with my beautiful wife and our five children. We have also had the joy of becoming grandparents to an energetic young man.
Aside from a special family life I am active in two adult soccer leagues where I enjoy weekly competition with my teammates.
I have spent the majority of my professional life working in the Richmond area on the mortgage side of the real estate industry. I have enjoyed helping many families realize the dream of home ownership by securing the financing they needed but have always had a desire to be able to be face to face and assist families through the entire home buying experience!
I understand the excitement and anxiety involved with a home purchase and am here to guide you through the process side by side from beginning to end.

Hi, I am Mike McAnally and I am so excited to join Missy Yeary and the Central Virginia Realty Team. I am new to real-estate, however I have been in sales working in for profit sales at different Universities and Colleges. Just like Central Virginia Realty, I believe in holding my integrity to the highest standard and just doing what is right. That, coupled with my faith, have lead me to being very successful and I believe by keeping those pillars close in hand I will continue to be successful with Central Virginia Realty.
I am originally from the east end of Richmond VA and I am a Lee-Davis Graduate of 1990. There I played football and was active in different sports and clubs. I enlisted in the military during my senior year and was promptly sent off to Fort Bragg NC right after Basic Training and Airborne School. I am a wartime Veteran of Desert Storm and excelled in the military during my time. After my I discharged I went off to Montana to pursue a dream of playing football in college. I attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings Montana and received an Associate degree in Sociology there.
I am the proud father of a 15-year-old son, he is my light and my world. I thank God for him daily and realize he is my purpose. Teaching him the values my family and the military instilled in me. The Military taught me to lead by example. And I plan to continue to lead by example with Central Virginia Realty.
I moved back to Virginia three years ago to spend time with my parents and family. I would love the opportunity to help you find your dream home, using core principles and always doing what is right, I believe I can help. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hello, my name is Debbie Horner. I was born and raised in Richmond. I attended Hermitage High School. I have two brothers and one sister, who all attended Hermitage. And to top it off my daughter Brandi is a BIG HERM graduate. I have lived in Henrico and managed to cross the river and resided in Chesterfield for a number of years. Now, I’m an empty nester living an urban life in downtown Richmond.
I have spent my past 27 years of professional life in construction focusing on all accounting aspects for a 28-million-dollar company. I loved every minute of working for a locally owned firm. However, I felt the urge to explore a new career and I have always loved real estate. Yes, I was the one researching homes on “Realtor” just for fun.
With knowledge of all areas of Richmond and progressing through the stages of home buying in my own life span, from starter home, mid-size and now an urban condo. I have life experience that I can share with each of my clients in purchasing or selling their homes.
It’s your day, your Journey starts with me!
Hey there! My name is Ashley Saunders. I am a Texas native, who relocated to Richmond in 1995, and have been loving it ever since. I graduated from VCU with a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Go Rams!). I spent the early parts of my career analyzing pricing and negotiating contracts. Real Estate was a natural transition for me to share my passion for markets, negotiations, and service.
I love guiding my clients through purchasing or selling a home, but my favorite part of my business is my Client Care Program. Keeping in touch with my clients after their transaction is so fulfilling for me. When I am not serving my clients, I educate homebuyers through the Virginia Housing Development Authority’s First Time Homebuyer’s Course. This course is so empowering for home buyers because they learn the entire process from how a credit report works, the right questions to ask a lender, the home inspection process, and what to expect at the closing table.
Whether you are interested in new construction, resale properties or just have questions on where to start, I would love to help you on your journey. So, give me a call and tell me – what does HOME mean to you?
I am new to the Real Estate industry & I am taking my passion for real estate to the next level. I first fell in love with the River City while studying Economics at Virginia Commonwealth University and was excited to buy my first home here at the age of 22. Nothing will ever compare to the feeling of being a homeowner for the first time and I knew then that I loved real estate. Since college I have been working in the corporate world while my husband and I began working on our first flip. I became a licensed realtor because I want everyone to get that “first time feeling” whether it’s your first home, an investment property, or your dream home built from the ground up. I’m passionate about this city and about finding you the right home.
Call me! I would be honored to take this journey with you!
