Reginald V. "Reggie" Wilburn was born in Campbell County and raised in Tidewater Virginia. He moved to Lynchburg in 1958 where he attended Phillips Business College. His career lead him into corporate management where he became the plant manager of a local industry. In the mid 70's he found himself the victim of a corporate takeover at which time he took his family to the north end of Amherst County and purchased a county store.

Reggie and his wife Mary Ann have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. He says "Even though I'm a Realtor, I'm also a Practicing Professional Grandpa." Another great pleasure of his life is serving with Mary Ann in the Clifford Baptist Church where he teaches Sunday School and is a deacon. His interest in community and civic affairs has given him the opportunity to be involved in several different areas including being a member of the Amherst County School Board in the late 70's and early 80's.

Reggie became a Realtor in 1987 and joined Larry Grant and Central Virginia Realty in 1999. "Working with Larry and the Central Virginia Realty team is such a pleasure. Being a small company, we can offer our clients so much more personal service."
