Hey there! I’m Neill McDuffie, one of the newest additions to the Central Virginia Realty and LeGault Homes Family. I’ve been living in the Metro Richmond area almost 25 years now since graduating Old Dominion University. After college I spent 10 years as a software developer in the information technology industry. While challenging and rewarding, I found a different calling for my life. The past 16 years I have been honored to proudly serve (and continue to serve) the citizens of Henrico as a professional fire fighter.
My beautiful wife, and best friend; Christin and I live in western Henrico and are very proud parents of two wonderful children and two dogs. Life is really GREAT!

Hello! My name is Bryan Duncan. I was born into a military family and have lived many places to include Miami and Hawaii. Just prior to high school my family settled into Richmond, VA. I enjoy living in the RVA greater area with my wife and two young children. As a family, we love to travel, see new places, and also love to explore right in our hometown. After high school, I attended Liberty University. Upon graduation with an aeronautical science degree, I flew multiple different aircraft for a regional airline to include turboprops and jets. Most recently, I have been flying the Boeing 737 for a major US airline. Aviation has been a hobby, passion, and interest of mine since a child. It has led to new experiences and allowed me to travel to many great cities and has consequently led to another passion, real estate. Including home buying, selling, building, and investing. I love the joy of seeing people break ground and take flight on their dream of owning a new home.

Scott Garnett was born in Richmond and has spent most of his life in Virginia. Scott has been in the IT field for over 30 years and focuses on artificial intelligence and business automation, but has always had a keen interest in real estate and construction.
Scott resides in the near west end of Henrico with his two active teenagers. When he is not working on a project in Richmond, you can find him at his other project in the Northern Neck.
